2. Submit Your Information

We will send you a welcome email. You must submit the information in the following format:

  • Submit a detailed, concise, and coherent disclosure. It is best to follow the attached questionnaire (where?)
  • The invention disclosure will be one to three A4 pages long.
  • The invention disclosure is supported by one to three figures in black & white line drawings (no gray-scale).

3. Receive Your Draft

In 3 working days, we will send you your completed draft. It has the following features:

  • A ready-to-file, 15-page long application, including 10 patent claims* in one single category
  • One to three patent drawings based on the drawings submitted in the disclosure**
  • An accompanying 11-point quality inspection certificate

*we provide so-called “means-plus-function” claims for devices in our fixed-fee patent framework.

** we select the 3 most relevant figures from your invention disclosure if you supply more than 3 figures.

Note: there will be no inventors discussion, no added subject matter beyond original invention disclosure, no amendments of our draft (except if it is for correcting any mistakes).

Fixed Fee Patent Drafting

We can offer you a patent draft for a flat fee USD 3,500 (excluding GST and disbursements), with the following Terms & Conditions:

Applicant provides:
 
–     a detailed, concise and coherent invention disclosure, as detailed as possible, following the attached questionnaire
–     the invention disclosure is one to three A4 pages long
–     the invention disclosure is supported by one to three figures in black & white line drawings (no gray scale)

We deliver:
 
–     a 15-page long patent application, including 10 patent claims (*) in one single category
–     one to three patent drawings (**), based on the patent drawings in the invention disclosure
–     the patent application is ready-to-file
–     delivery time: 3 working days after receipt of the invention disclosure
–     11-point quality inspection certificate (see attached)

(**) we select the 3 most relevant figures from your invention disclosure if you supply more than 3 figures
